excellent stay

helpful staff excellent job outdoor seating
The room was clean. All staff members were very helpful. the cleaning staff did an excellent job, which i appreciated. the location of the hotel was convenient with easy access for walking to shops and food. the hotel also featured an excellent cafe, a pub and restaurant, and wonderful outdoor covered seating.
The air conditioner was noisy. It disturbed my sleep. the bed was too hard, less comfortable.

the hotel provides a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, perfect for keeping up with fitness goals. a sizable pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. the business center includes four computers with high-speed internet access.

great location helpful staff easy access cold room draughty room new windows
the location was great. it was easy to walk to the things i wanted to see (grand canal is walkable and nearby). the staff was helpful when i arrived. i received a map and directions to everywhere i wanted to go.
my room was too cold. the heating could not cope with the draughty room. i think new balcony door and windows are needed.

charming stay near the rds

wide selection super clean room friendly staff
the room was super clean. it included 'rituals' toiletries, which i always appreciate. the breakfast had a wide selection (especially the porridge!), i found it perfect for setting me up for the day. the staff were helpful, and i received quick service.
i found the parking situation slightly confusing. i understood it's first come, first served, but i thought i should validate the parking ticket. this wasn't clear initially and caused a minor inconvenience at checkout.

the breakfast buffet offered food until 10:00 am, and it started early at 7:00 am. there was a great selection of food items to choose from. the dining room had a very pleasant atmosphere.

the staff members were very friendly and helpful. they were always available at reception. i found them efficient during check-in and check-out processes. the staff promptly addressed any queries i had.

the hotel is close to train and bus stops, giving good access to the city center. the bord gáis theatre is within walking distance (very useful for shows!). the rds is also easily accessible from this location.
